Windows版ではエラーはでないが、arm用にクロスビルドしようとするとエラーがでる。

OpenSSLエラーはなくなったが、「error: failed to run custom build command for `ring v0.16.20`」が出るようになった。

reqwestをやめてureqに変更する。
結局、ureqでも`ring v0.16.20`エラー
